Terms of Service

Last updated:

These terms govern your use of (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when signing up, and are responsible for what happens under your login.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Let us know right away if you think your account has been compromised.
  • You may invite teammates to your account; you're responsible for their use of the Service under your subscription.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, phishing attempts, or malicious content through the chat widget
  • Collect visitor data for purposes you haven't disclosed to those visitors
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
  • Use the Service for anything illegal under the laws that apply to you

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Plans, pricing, and seat limits are as shown on our pricing page or as agreed with you directly. Subscription status (trial, active, suspended, or expired) is managed on our side; if your subscription lapses or is suspended, access to the admin console may be paused for every user on your account until it's resolved. We do not currently process payment cards directly through the Service — billing is handled outside the platform unless stated otherwise.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the conversations, branding, and configuration you put into the Service. You grant us the limited right to store and display that content back to you and your team, and to your website's visitors, solely to operate the Service.

5. Visitor data you collect

When you embed the widget on your site, you're collecting data from your own visitors. You're responsible for having whatever privacy notice, cookie disclosure, or consent your jurisdiction requires for your own site — our Privacy Policy covers what we (the platform) do with data, not what you tell your customers about your own use of it.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service reliably available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance that causes brief downtime, and we'll try to keep disruption to a minimum.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it, including lost messages, lost revenue, or lost data — though we take reasonable steps to prevent all three.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or where subscription payment hasn't been resolved after a reasonable notice period.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
